Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.  

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the product ordered.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Sweden: 5–12 business days  
  • EU: 7–15 business days 
  • International: 10–20 business days  

These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, weather conditions, or high‑volume periods.

Delays

SolHolica is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers  
  • Customs processing 
  • Weather conditions 
  •  Incorrect or incomplete addresses 
  •  High‑volume seasons 
  • External factors outside our control  

Delays are not eligible for compensation or refunds unless the package is confirmed lost by the carrier.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is lost or does not arrive:

  • Contact us at support@solholica.com  
  • We will open an investigation with the carrier or supplier 
  • If confirmed lost, we will reship the item or issue a full refund  

You will never be left without a solution.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.  

Shipping fees are non‑refundable once the order has been shipped.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.  

SolHolica is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Customs & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes.  

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided when available.  

Some items may ship separately depending on supplier location.
