SolHolica Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We want you to love your SolHolica purchase. If something isn’t right, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer protection rules.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused  
  • Unworn 
  • In its original packaging 
  • In the same condition you received it  

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing parts may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.  

SolHolica does not provide prepaid return labels.

If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival, we will cover the return cost or offer a replacement at no charge.

Non‑Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Intimates  
  • Swimwear 
  • Beauty or personal care items 
  • Digital products  

Sale items may also be final sale unless otherwise stated.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method  
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank 
  • Shipping fees are non‑refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.  

If you need a different size or color, please return the item and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the issue.  

We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
